Community Assistant, Volunteer
UX Sweet is a global mentorship community for UX and UI designers. We help designers grow through hands-on practice, portfolio storytelling, and collaboration. We run cohort-based mentorship programs, connect designers with mentors and peers worldwide, and share resources that make growth practical and accessible.
Role description
You will support the day-to-day operations of UX Sweet and help keep the community active, welcoming, and organized.
What you will do
Welcome new members and help them get started
Support daily engagement, Replies, prompts, and basic moderation
Help coordinate live sessions, office hours, and community events
Support mentorship cohorts, Reminders, attendance, submissions, and follow-ups
Collect member feedback and share weekly highlights with the team
Organize resources, links, and announcements in a clear structure
